ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Where capacity is stretched, space is limited, or additional resource is needed to keep projects moving, the right site, equipment and team make the difference.
Our dedicated team and well-equipped Nottinghamshire facility support projects at scale across the UK and internationally.
This includes CAD design, fabrication, assembly, preparation, storage, transport and delivery.
Support can be provided at individual stages or across the full lifecycle, depending on what’s required
SUPPORTING YOUR PROJECTS
Capacity, space or resource can come under pressure and start to impact project delivery.
This often comes into play when:
- Production or assembly needs to scale
- Equipment or products need building, cleaning, repair or preparation
- Storage, handling or dispatch becomes a bottleneck
- Components need to be organised, pre-built or kitted ahead of delivery or installation
- A project needs to move from concept into a repeatable build
- Your team is focused on delivery, with limited capacity behind the scenes
In these situations, access to the right site, equipment and team helps maintain momentum, reduce pressure on internal resource, and ensure work continues to meet the required standard.

engineering and production support across key stages
Engineering and production support spans the full lifecycle, from early design and development through to fabrication, assembly, delivery and ongoing preparation.
Support can be provided at a single stage or across the full lifecycle,
depending on what you need.

How work is scoped and costed
Work is scoped based on what’s needed, including stage, volume and level of support. Timeframes, approach and cost are agreed upfront once the scope is clear.
STRUCTURED DELIVERY FROM PLANNING THROUGH TO COMPLETION
We design, manufacture and install our own temporary stabling and clearspan event structures at scale, to fixed deadlines and in demanding environments.
Delivery depends on a structured, well-managed operation. We plan projects using site planning tools and systems that coordinate teams, materials and timelines. Each stage has clear accountability, with a focus on getting work right first time, consistently.
Health and safety underpins every stage of the process. We work to established standards across site and projects, supported by ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 20121 (Sustainable Event Management), developed by the British Standards Institution.
This is how we deliver across our own projects, extended to support external work.

SUSTAINABILITY AND EFFICIENCY
Sustainability is built into how work is planned, delivered and managed, from materials through to transport and reuse.

MATERIALS & REUSE
Materials are reused, regenerated and recycled as part of our standard process, including recycled plastics in stabling systems and recycled rubber in matting.

LIFECYCLE & DURABILITY
Equipment is designed and maintained for repeated use, supporting longer lifecycles and reducing the need for replacement materials. Transport and logistics are planned to minimise unnecessary movement.

WATER & LOGISTICS
Water use is managed through on-site rainwater harvesting, while transport and logistics are planned to minimise unnecessary movement.
