Exhibitors directed to the Portal by their event organiser can register here. Once approved, you’ll receive your login details.
Can I edit my order once placed?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, please contact our team as soon as possible. Changes may be possible depending on stock availability and order deadlines.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers; however, our preferred payment method is by card at the time of order. To ensure availability and avoid delays, orders are only confirmed once payment has been received
How do I track my order?
Log in to the Event Portal, go to My Orders, and check the latest status. Our Operations team can be contacted leading up to and during your event should you have any questions.

Can I repeat my order for other events?
Orders are placed specific to each event and must be submitted separately for each event.
When will my order be delivered and installed?
All orders will be installed by a set date before the event goes live. Delivery and installation schedules will be provided once your order is confirmed.
What is the order deadline for each event?
The order deadline for each event will be clearly indicated on the Portal. Orders must be placed before this deadline to guarantee availability.
I want to order an item that is showing as unavailable – what can I do?
Some items have limited availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item is sold out, please contact sales@woodhouse.co.uk team to check if additional stock may become available.
